Anti-GPR149 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein G protein-coupled receptor 149. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 731 amino acid residues and a mass of 81 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. A member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family, GPR149 is categorized as a type of orphan receptor. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include probable G-protein coupled receptor 149 and G protein-coupled receptor PGR10.
