Anti-Cyclin A1 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene CCNA1 in humans. The Cyclin A1 protein has an expected mass of 52.4 kDa, but there are 3 reported isoforms. The protein may also be known as CT146 and testicular tissue protein Li 34. Variants of this antigen may also be found in other species, including canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat.
