Anti-RPAP3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein RNA polymerase II associated protein 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 665 amino acid residues and a mass of 75.7 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the RPAP3 protein family, RPAP3 is known to be involved with protein stabilization. RPAP3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some RPAP3 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
