Anti-Four and a half LIM domains 2 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene FHL2 in humans. The gene may also be known as AAG11, DRAL, FHL-2, SLIM-3, four and a half LIM domains protein 2, and LIM domain protein DRAL. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 32.2 kilodaltons in mass. The FHL2 marker can be used to identify Cardiomyocytes.* Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
