Anti-ADPRHL1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ADP-ribosylhydrolase like 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 354 amino acid residues and a mass of 40.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the heart muscle and skeletal muscle. A member of the ADP-ribosylglycohydrolase protein family, ADPRHL1 is known to be required for myofibril assembly and outgrowth of the cardiac chambers in the developing heart (By similarity). Synonyms for this target antigen include ADP-ribosyl-hydrolase, ADP-ribosylarginine hydrolase like 1, ADP-ribosylhydrolase 2, ADP-ribosylhydrolase-like protein 1, and inactive ADP-ribosyltransferase ARH2. ADPRHL1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, zebrafish and chicken species. Some ADPRHL1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
