Anti-UBXD9 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target UBXD9 is a known alias name of the protein ASPSCR1 tether for SLC2A4, UBX domain containing, encoded by the ASPSCR1 gene in humans. This 553-amino acid residue protein is reported to be a tethering protein that sequesters GLUT4-containing vesicles in the cytoplasm in the absence of insulin. It is localized to the membrane, nucleus, ER, and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Indicated applications for UBXD9 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
