Anti-AMN1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein antagonist of mitotic exit network 1 homolog. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 258 amino acid residues and a mass of 28.4 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the bronchus and cerebral cortex. It is a member of the AMN1 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include protein AMN1 homolog. AMN1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the AMN1 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
