Anti-OR2K2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 2 subfamily K member 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 316 amino acid residues and a mass of 35 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include HTPCRH06, OR2AN1P, OR2AR1P, olfactory receptor 2K2, and HSHTPCRH06. OR2K2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR2K2 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
