Anti-NADK antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein NAD kinase. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 446 amino acid residues and a mass of 49.2 kDa. Alternative splicing is reported to yield 3 different isoforms for this protein. It is reported to be widely expressed but not detected in skeletal muscle. A member of the NAD kinase protein family, it is known to be involved with protein phosphorylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include poly(P)/ATP NAD kinase.
