Anti-GCOM1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein GCOM1, MYZAP-POLR2M combined locus. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the colon, stomach, and appendix. Synonyms for this target antigen include DNA-directed RNA polymerase II subunit GRINL1A, DNA-directed RNA polymerase II subunit M, GRINL1A combined protein Gcom12, GRINL1A complex locus 1, and GRINL1A combined protein. Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for GCOM1 antibodies.
