Anti-DENND2D Antibody Products

Anti-DENND2D antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein DENN domain containing 2D. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 471 amino acid residues and a mass of 53.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. The DENND2D marker can be used to identify Mature CD4 Single-Positive Thymocytes.* Synonyms for this target antigen include DENN/MADD domain containing 2D, RP5-1180E21.2, and DENN domain-containing protein 2D. DENND2D gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some DENND2D antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for these antibodies.
