Anti-Nuclear factor, interleukin 3 regulated antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene NFIL3 in humans. The gene may also be known as E4BP4, IL3BP1, NF-IL3A, NFIL3A, nuclear factor interleukin-3-regulated protein, and E4 promoter-binding protein 4. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 51.5 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
