Anti-CAMKKB antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The CAMKKB antigen is another term for the human protein calcium/calmodulin dependent protein kinase kinase 2, encoded by the CAMKK2 gene. The protein is known to function in MAPK cascade signaling pathways and the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 588 residues and a mass of 64.7 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm and it is widely expressed across many tissue types. The CAMKKB protein is a member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase protein family. Other alias names for CAMKKB include CAMKK and CAMKK. Western Blot is the most common application for the CAMKKB antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
