Anti-FAM92A1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The FAM92A1 antigen is another term for the human protein CBY1 interacting BAR domain containing 1, encoded by the CIBAR1 gene. The protein is known to act as a positive regulator of ciliary hedgehog signaling (By similarity). Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 289 residues and a mass of 33.4 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus, mitochondria, and cytoplasm and it is expressed in the testis, fallopian tube, endometrium, and bronchus. The FAM92A1 protein is a member of the CIBAR protein family. Indicated applications for FAM92A1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
