Anti-ARID3B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein AT-rich interaction domain 3B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 561 amino acid residues and a mass of 60.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to be expressed in the placenta, testis and leukocytes. ARID3B is known to be a transcription factor which may be involved in neuroblastoma growth and malignant transformation. Synonyms for this target antigen include DRIL2, AT-rich interactive domain-containing protein 3B, ARID domain-containing protein 3B, AT rich interactive domain 3B (BRIGHT- like), bright and dead ringer protein, and BDP. ARID3B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of ARID3B antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
