Anti-RICH1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target RICH1 is a known alias name of the protein Rho GTPase activating protein 17, encoded by the ARHGAP17 gene in humans. This 881-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cytoskeleton organization and signal transduction pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the membrane and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for RICH1 include MST066, MST110, and MSTP038. Indicated applications for RICH1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
