Anti-PAI2 antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene SERPINB2, or 'serpin family B member 2' in humans. The 415-amino acid protein is a member of the Serpin family, Ov-serpin subfamily. The cellular localization is predicted to be cytoplasmic and secreted. Glycosylation sites have been reported.
