Anti-IFNB antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The IFNB antigen is another term for the human protein interferon beta 1, encoded by the IFNB1 gene. The protein is known to function in adaptive immune responses and B cell differentiation, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 187 residues and a mass of 22.3 kilodaltons. It is a secreted protein. The IFNB protein is a member of the Alpha/beta interferon protein family.
