Anti-ET1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ET1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the EDN1 gene, which encodes endothelin 1. This protein is known to function in the Wnt signaling pathway, among other biological roles. The human version of ET1 has a canonical amino acid length of 212 residues and a protein mass of 24.4 kilodaltons. It is reported to be a secreted protein that is notably expressed in the testis, colon, and bronchus. This target antigen may also be known as ARCND3.
