Anti-ZNF593 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 593. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 134 amino acid residues and a mass of 15.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm. It is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. A member of the ZNF593/BUD20 C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF593 is known to be involved in pre-60S ribosomal particles maturation by promoting the nuclear export of the 60S ribosome. Synonyms for this target antigen include ZT86 and zinc finger protein T86. ZNF593 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some ZNF593 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
