Anti-Tribbles pseudokinase 3 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene TRIB3 in humans. The gene may also be known as C20orf97, NIPK, SINK, SKIP3, tribbles homolog 3, and TRB-3. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 39.6 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
