Anti-P105-Rb antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene RB1, or 'RB transcriptional corepressor 1' in humans. The 928-amino acid protein is a member of the Retinoblastoma protein (RB) family. The cellular localization is predicted to be nuclear.
