Anti-NDPKB antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The NDPKB antigen is another term for the human protein NME/NM23 nucleoside diphosphate kinase 2, encoded by the NME2 gene. The protein is known to play a major role in the synthesis of nucleoside triphosphates other than ATP. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 152 residues and a mass of 17.3 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm and it is widely expressed in many tissue types. The NDPKB protein is a member of the NDK protein family. Other alias names for NDPKB include NDKB, NDKB, and NDPK-B. A number of NDPKB antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
