Anti-OR10G6 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 10 subfamily G member 6. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 332 amino acid residues and a mass of 36.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor OR11-280, seven transmembrane helix receptor, and olfactory receptor 10G6. OR10G6 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and bovine species. ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence are common applications for OR10G6 antibodies.
