Anti-TRAV24 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein T cell receptor alpha variable 24. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 114 amino acid residues and a mass of 12.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. TRAV24 is known to be involved with adaptive immune responses. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Over 130 citations in the literature describe the use of TRAV24 antibodies in research. These antibodies are most commonly used in Flow Cytometry experiments, among other applications.
