Anti-SNF5 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The SNF5 antigen is another term for the human protein SWI/SNF related, matrix associated, actin dependent regulator of chromatin, subfamily b, member 1, encoded by the SMARCB1 gene. The protein is an important component of the BAF (hSWI/SNF) complex. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 385 residues and a mass of 44.1 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and it is widely expressed in many tissue types. The SNF5 protein is a member of the SNF5 protein family. Other alias names for SNF5 include BAF47, CSS3, and INI-1. Western Blot is the most common application for the SNF5 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
