Anti-TLR10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein toll like receptor 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 811 amino acid residues and a mass of 94.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is reported to be highly expressed in spleen, lymph node, thymus, tonsil and at lower levels in the lung. A member of the Toll-like receptor protein family, TLR10 is known to participate in the innate immune response to microbial agents. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. TLR10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. A number of TLR10 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Flow Cytometry is also a common application.
