Anti-IL2 inducible T cell kinase antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene ITK in humans. The gene may also be known as IL2-inducible T-cell kinase, EMT, LPFS1, LYK, PSCTK2, and tyrosine-protein kinase ITK/TSK. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 71.8 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
