Anti-HJMD antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The HJMD antigen is another term for the human protein cadherin 3, encoded by the CDH3 gene. The protein is known to function in cell adhesion, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 829 residues and a mass of 91.4 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and it is reported to be expressed in some normal epithelial tissues and in some carcinoma cell lines. Other alias names for HJMD include CDHP and PCAD. Indicated applications for HJMD antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry.
