Anti-FKBP65 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the FKBP65 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the FKBP10 gene, which encodes FKBP prolyl isomerase 10. This protein is known to function in in utero embryonic development, among other biological roles. The human version of FKBP65 has a canonical amino acid length of 582 residues and a protein mass of 64.2 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the ER of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the placenta and soft tissue. Other names for this target antigen include peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase FKBP10, 65 kDa FK506-binding protein, and 65 kDa FKBP. Indicated applications for FKBP65 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
