Anti-FcRgamma antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the FcRgamma antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the FCER1G gene, which encodes Fc epsilon receptor Ig. This protein is known to function in innate immune responses, among other biological roles. The human version of FcRgamma has a canonical amino acid length of 86 residues and a protein mass of 9.7 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. FcRgamma is a member of the CD3Z/FCER1G protein family.
