Anti-Fcer1b antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Fcer1b is a known alias name of the protein membrane spanning 4-domains A2, encoded by the MS4A2 gene in humans. This 244-amino acid residue protein is a high affinity receptor that binds to the Fc region of immunoglobulins epsilon. It is localized to the membrane of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in the tonsil, skin, and bone marrow. Other synonyms for Fcer1b include APY and ATOPY. Indicated applications for Fcer1b antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
