Anti-CD85F antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The CD85F antigen is another term for the human protein leukocyte immunoglobulin like receptor A5, encoded by the LILRA5 gene. The protein is believed to play a role in triggering innate immune responses. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 299 residues and a mass of 32.8 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and is secreted. It is noted to be expressed mostly in tissues of the hematopoietic system, including bone marrow, spleen, lymph node and peripheral leukocytes. Indicated applications for CD85F antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
