Anti-LRRC27 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein leucine rich repeat containing 27. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 530 amino acid residues and a mass of 60.1 kDa. Up to 4 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the kidney and testis. Synonyms for this target antigen include leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 27 and testicular tissue protein Li 108. LRRC27 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog and chimpanzee species. Some LRRC27 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Immunohistochemistry is a widely used application for these antibodies. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
