Anti-Derlin-1 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene DERL1 in humans. The Derlin-1 protein has an expected mass of 28.8 kDa, but there are 2 reported isoforms. The protein may also be known as DER-1, DER1, DERtrin-1, and Der1-like domain family, member 1. Variants of this antigen may also be found in other species, including plant, fly, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat.
