Anti-RNF73 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target RNF73 is a known alias name of the protein RAD18 E3 ubiquitin protein ligase, encoded by the RAD18 gene in humans. This 495-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in DNA damage pathways and DNA repair, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types.
