Anti-P21 (RAC1) activated kinase 3 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene PAK3 in humans. The gene may also be known as MRX30, ARA, MRX47, OPHN3, serine/threonine-protein kinase PAK 3, and adriamycin resistance-associated. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 62.3 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, fly, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
