Anti-RPA34 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target RPA34 is a known alias name of the protein RNA polymerase I subunit G, encoded by the POLR1G gene in humans. This 510-amino acid residue protein is a member of the Eukaryotic RPA34 RNA polymerase subunit protein family. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types.
