Anti-CRISPLD1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein cysteine rich secretory protein LCCL domain containing 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 500 amino acid residues and a mass of 56.9 kDa. It has been described to be a secreted protein. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the CRISP protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include LCCL domain-containing cysteine-rich secretory protein 1, cysteine-rich secretory protein 10, trypsin inhibitor Hl, and CocoaCrisp. CRISPLD1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some CRISPLD1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Immunohistochemistry is a widely used application for these antibodies. Western Blot and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
