Anti-FPRL1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target FPRL1 is a known alias name of the protein formyl peptide receptor 2, encoded by the FPR2 gene in humans. This 351-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cell adhesion and receptor-mediated signaling pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed in the lung, bone marrow, neutrophils, spleen and testis. Other synonyms for FPRL1 include ALX, ALXR, and FMLP-R-II. Indicated applications for FPRL1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
