Anti-FAM192A antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target FAM192A is a known alias name of the protein proteasome activator subunit 3 interacting protein 1, encoded by the PSME3IP1 gene in humans. This 254-amino acid residue protein is reported to promote the association of the proteasome activator complex subunit PSME3 with the 20S proteasome and regulates its activity. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. These FAM192A antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
