Anti-RUSF1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein RUS family member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 468 amino acid residues and a mass of 51 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the RUS1 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include RUS1 homolog, UPF0420 protein C16orf58, root UVB sensitivity, and RUS1 family protein C16orf58. RUSF1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species.
