Anti-Proline, glutamate and leucine rich protein 1 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene PELP1 in humans. The gene may also be known as MNAR, P160, proline-, glutamic acid- and leucine-rich protein 1, and modulator of non-genomic activity of estrogen receptor. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 119.7 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
