Anti-EOLA2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein endothelium and lymphocyte associated ASCH domain 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 158 amino acid residues and a mass of 17.8 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the EOLA protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include protein EOLA2 and protein CXorf40B. EOLA2 gene orthologs have been reported in the bovine and chimpanzee species.
