Anti-CP64 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CP64 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the LCP1 gene, which encodes lymphocyte cytosolic protein 1. This protein is known to function in cell migration and cytoskeleton organization, among other biological roles. The human version of CP64 has a canonical amino acid length of 627 residues and a protein mass of 70.3 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the membrane and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the appendix and bone marrow. This target antigen may also be known as HEL-S-37. Indicated applications for CP64 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
