Anti-ANM antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ANM is a known alias name of the protein troponin T1, slow skeletal type, encoded by the TNNT1 gene in humans. This 278-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in muscle contraction, among other biological processes. It is reported to be expressed in the skeletal muscle. The term NEM5 is another synonym for ANM. Indicated applications for ANM antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
