Anti-nudF antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target nudF is a known alias name of the protein platelet activating factor acetylhydrolase 1b regulatory subunit 1, encoded by the PAFAH1B1 gene in humans. This 410-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cytoskeleton organization and nervous system development, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types.
