The Fibrinogen beta chain protein has a reported amino acid length of 491 and an expected mass of 55.9 kDa. The protein may also be known as HEL-S-78p, beta-fibrinogen, and epididymis secretory sperm binding protein Li 78p. Variants of this antigen may also be found in other species, including canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat.
