The gene may also be known as Cep 164, NPHP15, centrosomal protein of 164 kDa, and centrosomal protein 164kDa. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 164.3 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
