Anti-ZNF512B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 512B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 892 amino acid residues and a mass of 97.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF512B is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF512B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some ZNF512B antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
